What each status means

The journey of your order

  1. Awaiting confirmation

    Your order is saved and items reserved. We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm.

  2. Confirmed

    Details agreed. Your pieces are being checked and packed.

  3. On the way

    Handed to the courier. The courier reference appears on your order.

  4. Delivered

    Received and paid. Enjoy, and tell us how it fits!

Your orders are private. Only the account that placed an order can see it, so tracking needs you to be signed in.

Live courier tracking isn't available yet. Once your order ships, use the courier reference shown on your order on the courier's own website, or ask us on WhatsApp.

Order updates by SMS or email are coming soon. Until then, we'll keep you updated personally on WhatsApp.
