We only collect what we need to serve you well, and we never sell your personal information.
We collect details you provide, such as your name, contact details, delivery address and order history, the payment slips you upload, and basic technical data like your device and browser type.
This website does not collect card or wallet payment details.
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create your account, sign you in and contact you about your orders.
We do not access your Google contacts, files or any other Google data, we do not use Google data for advertising, and we never sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers listed below. You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
We use your information to process and deliver orders, verify payments, provide support and, with your consent, tell you about new stock.
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the shop: Clerk (account sign-in), Neon (our order database), Amazon Web Services (product images and payment slips), Vercel (website hosting) and WhatsApp (order messages you choose to send). They process your data only to provide these services to us.
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns and our accounts. If you delete your account, we remove your saved addresses and account details; past order records are kept where the law requires.
We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it's used. You can control cookies through your browser and our cookie settings.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
We'll always respond within the timeframe required by law.
