How it works

From our studio to your door

  1. 01

    You place your order

    Your pieces are reserved straight away, and your order page shows the total and where to send the payment.

  2. 02

    You pay and upload the slip

    Send the total by EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer, then upload the slip on your order page.

  3. 03

    We verify and confirm

    Our team checks the payment against the account and confirms your order. We WhatsApp you if anything needs checking.

  4. 04

    We pack & dispatch

    Your pieces are packed and handed to the courier. The courier reference appears on your order.

Paying for your order

  • Send the total on your order receipt to our EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank account. The details are on the checkout page and on your order page.
  • Write your order reference, for example JJ-1234, in the payment reference so we can match it quickly.
  • Upload the payment slip on your order page. A clear screenshot or photo is enough.
  • Our team verifies the amount, marks your order paid and dispatches it. Call us any time if you need help.
  • For a quoted delivery charge, we agree the amount with you first and it is added to your total.

Timing & confirmation

  • Every order is confirmed personally by phone or WhatsApp before it is packed.
  • We share the expected delivery time for your city when we confirm.
  • Unconfirmed orders are held for 72 hours. If we can't reach you in that time, the order is released and you can simply order again.
  • Once shipped, the courier's reference number appears on your order page.

Delivery FAQs

Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, before your order ships. Tell us when we call to confirm, or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference.
What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
Couriers usually call ahead. If you miss the delivery, contact us and we'll arrange another attempt with the courier.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel it yourself from your order page while it is awaiting confirmation. After that, message us and we'll help.
How do I pay?
Send the total by EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer to the accounts shown at checkout, then upload the slip on your order page. We verify it and dispatch your order.
Why is my delivery charge “quoted”?
Outside our flat-rate areas, courier charges vary by city and parcel. We agree the exact fee with you before confirming, so there are no surprises.
